Welcome to my website, where you will find my healing offerings.
I am an energy healer, a channel of sound and light language, a metaphysics teacher, and an experienced mindfulness instructor.
I practice healing under the name T'iam'arhat. This name was revealed to me as a higher aspect of myself in 2016, when I had a spontaneous activation of Sekhem energy. I did not know the word Sekhem at the time; it was given to me in meditation.
Even though my professional path started in science, I have always been drawn to energy healing. I tried many different energy healing approaches as a client in my 20s and 30s. In 2013, I did my first formal energy healing training in a modality called Bi-Aura Therapy. I received my Level 2 Sekhem Energy Healer certification in 2024 and completed the Level 3 Sekhem Self-Mastery course in 2025. Training in Sekhem energy healing felt like remembering what I already knew how to do, rather than learning something new; the main learning and practice were to get out of my own way to allow the energy and knowing to flow through me unimpeded.
Science and spirituality have never stood in opposition for me — they are different ways of exploring the mysteries of life and consciousness. In my healing sessions, I combine the scientific understanding of the function and structure of the human brain and body, metaphysical knowledge, intuitive guidance, and channelled information. My approach to energy healing rests on attuning myself to being a pure and clear channel of my Higher Self, the client’s Higher Self, and the Highest Beings of Light who assist with the sessions. Hence, each session is bespoke and fluid, guided by the needs of the client’s Soul.
